Posted Calories (helpful or not)

Chick-Fil-A now posts their calories on the menu. My question for you is, does this affect your choice in ordering?

There are times when I just want to be bad.....and eat fries, deep fried chicken with melted cheese on top, and a Dr. Pepper to wash it all down.  However, when I look at the calorie information this makes me wonder if water and grapefruit really look that appealing for dinner that evening, since the calories are more than half of my daily intake.

So my question for you is (please click on the comment link below): Would you still choose this

Or this?

  1. I actually really like having the calories posted. Because it helps me determine if the insane amount of calories is really worth it. And sometimes it is! And sometimes, without feeling like I'm giving anything up, I find a better option that at the time is more worth it to me. Don't get me wrong, I want to be "bad" sometimes too. But knowing the calories means I truly make the decision for myself and remain accountable, rather than being ignorant to it. But that's just me. :)
